Lisa Gruenloh is an organizational consultant, trainer, coach and mission-driven entrepreneur with a passion for helping individual and organizations achieve higher levels of fulfillment and success.
Corporate Consulting/Training/Coaching. Lisa helps organizations align values, behaviors, processes and metrics to drive business results and create a healthy, collaborative environment where people can thrive. She helps executives balance professional and personal success, helps teams overcome common dysfunctions that hinder effectiveness and efficiency, and helps employees reach their full performance potential.
For more than eight years Lisa worked as communications director and a leadership/cultural consultant for InfiLaw Corporation, contributing to a highly successful organization and business. Her experience cultivating a results-driven culture as an employee – not merely as an outside consultant – gives her a unique perspective on the challenges, opportunities and nuances associated with ensuring a sustainable culture and actually living it day to day.
Life Coaching. Lisa is known for her engaging, thought-provoking workshops and coaching style that inspires people to create meaningful change and success both personally and professionally. In 2008 she developed Empower Parties® and later Empower Circles as a means of both providing coaches with exceptional coaching content and marketing support and making life coaching more inviting and accessible to consumers.
Government/Public Affairs/Public Relations. Lisa’s career in stakeholder engagement and organizational development began nearly 20 years ago. She worked at some of the nation’s leading public relations firms, including as a vice president at Golin/Harris International in Miami with projects in Washington DC and as a PR director at Off Madison Avenue in Phoenix. Some of her areas of expertise are message and strategy development; employee and customer engagement; relationship and crisis management; and executive media training. She served as communications director and spokesperson to a U.S. Senator, U.S. Representative, and a board member at the National Credit Union Administration. She also worked as a reporter and producer at two NPR affiliates and was a freelance writer/journalist.

Lisa earned her master’s degree in Public Communication from American University in Washington, D.C. and graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a bachelor’s degree in Government and Broadcasting.
