From entrepreneurs to corporate leaders, artists to scientists, Ayn has coached thousands of adults to create meaningful, fulfilling work. She brings a strong understanding and experience in whole brain creative thinking to the career development and job search process.
Having conducted training programs and retreats in creative thinking at corporations, government agencies, professional and non-profit agencies worldwide, she is familiar with a full range of career options. She is exceptionally skilled in working with her clients to recognize their unique qualities, expand possibilities and increase confidence.
She has designed and presented numerous interactive workshops that provide the opportunity for participants to access their personal creativity and deepen the conversation with themselves and others.
Throughout her career, Ayn has participated in several entrepreneurial ventures: She was the co-founder of the Transitional Hospital at the Menninger Foundation, the Bucks County Guidance Center, an Executive Retreat Center in Lancaster, PA and a Restaurant which was an excellent learning experience.
This past summer, Ayn participated as a Career Coach on a three-month Empowerment Tour to 40 Cities throughout the United States. In the course of the tour she appeared on several TV talk shows and provided laser coaching to approximately 500 people. She is in the process of co-authoring a book on the lessons learned from the tour.
Ayn holds a Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling, is certified as a Master Coach by the International Coach Federation and has studied and worked with several of the world’s leading thinkers in career development and creative thinking.
