Phyllis Rosen is a professionally certified coach, having earned the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) designation from the International Coach Federation, ICF (the largest coaching organization in the world.) Phyllis’ passion and unique gift is to help others find their own unique gift and authentic voice. In the process, she helps them to become more accepting of who they really are and to enhance their place in the world.
Phyllis provides personal, executive and career coaching services. Her philosophy is to coach the whole person, whether it is a life, career, or leadership issue so the person is able to create the change they’re wanting in an authentic and lasting way.
Phyllis received her training from Coaches Training Institute, CTI. She has had her own business for the past 15 years, specializing in career coaching. She has also provided individual and group outplacement coaching during this time, most recently affiliated with The Ayers Group. As a career coach, Phyllis specializes in helping clients develop healthy relationships with their work and to aspire to roles that provide fulfillment and success, as well as train people in a dynamic search process to get them there. As an executive coach, Phyllis helps executives enhance their leadership presence based on their authentic self.
Phyllis brings a vast array of experience to her coaching practices. Prior to becoming a coach, she was a Corporate Vice-President on Wall Street training and coaching million-dollar producers in enriching their business. She also worked with a non-profit organization as Director of Career Counseling Services. Previously she was in the entertainment industry. During these years Phyllis pursued numerous personal/professional-growth programs, including being ordained as an interfaith minister. She brings the tools, techniques and wisdom gained from diverse disciplines to support her clients.

Deborah Roth, MA, PCC is a Life & Career Transition Coach, a Relationship Coach and Interfaith Minister who has operated her own business, Spirited Living, since 1998. Prior to that, she spent 13 years in the business world as an Employee Benefits Consultant and then for the next 7 years, as co-owner of a successful family-owned children’s music business. She has a BA in Psychology and Education from Mount Holyoke College and a Master’s degree in Psychology from Lesley University in Boston; her Master’s thesis was on the transformative power of women’s ritual. She is a certified graduate of Coach University, the premier coach training institute in the world and has been awarded the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation. Deborah is also a Certified Relationship Coach, trained by the Relationship Coaching Institute to deliver relationship success programs for singles and couples. In addition, she completed the 2-year Counseling Training Program from The Astrology Institute in Lexington, MA and is a nationally certified Counseling Astrologer.
She has facilitated workshops on career transition skills, work/life balance, and relationship success for such organizations as Manchester Consulting, the International Coach Federation, the Learning Annex, New Life Expo, and the Olive Leaf Wholeness Center. Since 2004, she has been a Senior Trainer for top coach Laura Berman Fortgang‘s new life transition coaching program, “Now What?: 90 days to a New Life Direction”. As a licensed Inter-faith Minister, she loves creating unique wedding ceremonies and was the first Wedding Officiant ever selected by Modern Bride magazine for their prestigious listing, ”Top 25 Trendsetters in the Wedding Industry”; she now serves on their Advisory Board. Deborah also designs creative, meaningful rituals for individuals and families wishing to mark other important life passages as well, including baby welcomings and house blessings, Coming of Age ceremonies for teenage girls, retirements, and funerals.
For the past 13 years, Deborah has facilitated monthly New Moon SisterCircles, Full Moon TeleCircles (over the phone) and co-ed WisdomCircles, as well as a year-long Women’s Spirituality program (for the past 10 years), and leads workshops and classes on transformative ritual, practical spirituality, women’s empowerment and self care.
Deborah has been featured in Modern Bride, New York Newsday, The Village Voice, and Utne magazine, and others. She has appeared on The Learning Channel’s (TLC), A Wedding Story, in the documentary, Potential Partners, and on the Daily Show with Jon Stewart. She has coauthored 101 Great Ways to Improve your Life, and the forthcoming The Authentic Woman Playbook: Delightful Discoverings of Your Divine Feminine. She writes a quarterly newsletter and is currently working on her third book entitled Circle of One: The Art of Becoming a SELF-centered Woman.
Deborah lives in New York City and has been married for 28 years to the same awesome guy (Peter). They have two equally fabulous sons, Ben, 26 and Chris, 22. She’s an accomplished singer, seamstress, and writer, and loves spending time practicing vinyasa yoga, walking or cross country skiing (weather permitting!) through the various Big Apple parks, and playing in the dirt in her little community garden plot.
